The following is a summary of various policies and practices of the Health and Educational Facilities Authority of the State of Missouri (the “Authority”).  This summary has been prepared to assist borrowing institutions, bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and other parties to Authority financings and it addresses issues that are common to many transactions.  This is not intended to be all-inclusive and questions regarding issues that are not addressed by the following should be directed to the Authority or its advisors.
