Authority Fees and Charges in connection with issuance of Bonds

  1. Authority Application Fee: $1,000
  2. Annual on-going Authority fees:

    .0002 of principal amount Bonds outstanding up to $40 million
           and
    .0001 of principal amount Bonds outstanding in excess of $40 million

  3. Authority’s Financial Advisor Fees– one-time fee equal to .0015 of the principal amount of Bonds issued, with a minimum fee of $5,000 and a maximum fee of $30,000.  The fee is paid by the Authority except that the borrower pays ½ of this amount if it does not have an underlying credit rating in the “A” category or better from Standard & Poor’s or Moody’s.

  4. Authority’s Counsel Fees– one-time fee paid by the borrower based on firm’s standard hourly rates – the fees typically range from $10,000 to $15,000; such fees are typically higher in complex or extended transactions and in bond issues involving projects outside the state of Missouri.

  5. In Authority Program bond or note issues the foregoing fees are to be paid out of the proceeds of the bonds or notes.
