Project/Plan of Finance Details/Notes: The Authority will hold a public hearing at its office (address above) on the date and at the time above regarding the proposed issuance by the Authority of qualified 501(c)(3) revenue bonds in one or more series in a maximum stated principal amount not to exceed $16,000,000 to make a loan to the Institution, a Missouri nonprofit corporation, to finance, refinance and reimburse the costs of certain educational facilities to be owned and operated by the Institution, including: (i) financing, refinancing or reimbursing a portion of the costs of educational facilities located at the Institution’s main campus, including a new Innovation Hub project; (ii) refunding the Authority’s outstanding Educational Facilities Improvement and Refunding Revenue Bonds (Forsyth School, Inc.), Series 2012, the proceeds of which were used to finance, refinance or reimburse educational facilities at the Institution’s main campus; and (iii) paying related issuance costs. All of the educational facilities to be financed, refinanced or reimbursed are or will be located at the Institution’s main campus, the principal address for which is 6235 Wydown Boulevard, St. Louis, Missouri 63105, and which campus is located approximately at or proximate to the following boundary streets or geographic boundaries: corner of Forsyth Boulevard (northern), Skinker Boulevard (eastern) and Wydown Boulevard (southern), with a western boundary at the property line to the west of Institution’s 6307 and 6255 Wydown Boulevard buildings.

Prior to the date of the hearing, written comments may be submitted to the Authority’s Executive Director at the above listed address of the Authority.
