Project/Plan of Finance Details/Notes:  The Authority will hold a public hearing at its office (address above) on May 15, 2024 at 10:00 A.M., regarding the proposed issuance by the Authority, in one or more series, of qualified 501(c)(3) revenue bonds in a maximum aggregate stated principal amount of $110 million (the “Bonds”) to make a loan to the Borrower, a Missouri legislatively chartered corporation, for the purposes of providing funds to finance or refinance certain health facilities and related capital expenditures of the Borrower and its affiliates, and to finance reserves, capitalized and funded interest and issuance expenses, including, without limiting the foregoing, (i) to refinance facilities by refunding the series 2014A and series 2014B bonds previously issued by the Authority for the benefit of the Borrower and its affiliates in Missouri or Illinois, and (ii) to finance or refinance facilities at the following senior living communities owned or to be owned by the Borrower or its affiliates in Missouri or Illinois.  The communities below are described by reference to their principal addresses and northern (N), eastern (E), southern (S) and western (W) boundary streets or geographic boundaries. The estimated amounts below are indicative of anticipated new money projects (of which up to approximately $30 million are anticipated to be financed with proceeds of the Bonds) and do not include amounts allocable to refunding.  The Borrower at its discretion, may allocate up to the entire maximum principal amount of proceeds of the Bonds and/or Borrower equity to finance or refinance all, a part, or none, of each portion of the facilities at the various locations.
