Project/Plan of Finance Details/Notes:  The Authority will hold a public hearing at the date, time and location identified above, regarding the proposed issuance by the Authority, in one or more series, of tax-exempt qualified 501(c)(3) revenue bonds in an aggregate principal amount expected not to exceed approximately $1.1 billion to make loans to the Borrower, a Missouri nonprofit corporation, for the purposes of providing funds to finance, reimburse or refinance capital expenditures for certain health facilities of the Borrower and its affiliates located in Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and Illinois, including, without limiting the foregoing:  to finance and reimburse the costs of the key new projects listed below, along with other capital expenditure projects at the locations listed below and capitalized interest related thereto; and to refinance facilities previously financed or refinanced with proceeds of the Authority’s Health Facilities Revenue Bonds (SSM Health Care) Series 2014B ($50,000,000), 2014C ($50,000,000), 2014D ($50,000,000), 2014E ($50,000,000), 2014F ($48,665,000) and 2014G ($50,000,000) Variable Rate Bonds and the Authority’s Health Facilities Revenue Bonds (SSM Health) Series 2018D ($41,275,000), 2018E ($41,275,000) and 2018F ($44,570,000) Variable Rate Bonds.  All of the facilities to be financed or refinanced are owned and operated by the Borrower or its affiliates.  Certain SSM Health locations listed in this public hearing notice are approximately described by reference to their principal addresses and/or northern (N), eastern (E), southern (S) and western (W) boundary streets or geographic boundaries. The Borrower, at its discretion, may allocate bond proceeds to finance, reimburse or refinance all, a part, or none, of each portion of the facilities at the various locations, may allocate proceeds of tax-exempt and/or taxable bonds to such facilities, and may determine the series of bonds listed above and portions thereof, if any, that will be refinanced.
